Where We Ship

Alias currently ships within Australia only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed. Processing time is separate from transit time — once dispatched, delivery takes the time shown below. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8 per order for standard delivery and $15 for express shipping, calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 ship free.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's progress.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@aligncostmetics.com.au with your order number so we can look into it with Australia Post on your behalf. For items that arrive damaged or faulty, see our Returns & Refunds Policy for how we'll resolve it.

Once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, risk of loss passes to you, though we're always happy to help track down a missing delivery.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order has been dispatched.
